Recently,
Almutlaq Holding get the franchise
in Middle East from the worldwide company (Window of City) for
home furniture. Based on the experience of
Almutlaq Holding which extends
nearly forty years in manufacturing and selling furniture, they found
this international company that they were looking for in the framework
to strive towards what meets the needs of most of sectors of customers.
Thus was inaugurated the first exhibition in the Middle East in Riyadh
in mid of year 2008 and carried the international brand name (City.W)
and also established its local brand name. Also, we're glad to announce
that City.W has opened its second branch in Khobar in year 2009,
and also we opened our third branch in Jeddah in June, 2010. |

Our
start was in Wenzhou New Field Famous Furniture Exhibition Centre, built
in 1990 by Mr. Wang Dongsheng, specialized in selling all kinds of domestic
and overseas furniture brands. Since he is full of love, persists of
furniture business and has a correct direction for furniture market,
the sales rush up quickly. During sales, the company tried to create
and develop sales methods and paid close attention to the end service
and brands maintenance. In order to utilize its excellent resources,
New Field started to carry out new development plan in 2002, set up
its furniture production factory (Dongguan
Window of City Furniture Co. Ltd,) which is located in furniture-making
capital - Houjie town, China.

In
2002, the company's factories started design and production furniture
of sandalwood black until August 2007, with the inauguration of its
trademarks
(EGO,
Gaudi,
EasyLiving,
Life-G,
Tempo,
POP impression,
MedLife), the company
has won and deserved good reputation, and received numerous awards and
the first universal designing certificate in many exhibitions worldwide.
As such, the plan was put the international
trademarks
as implementing of the following aspects:

First, establishing professional production lines,
Window of City have different
trademarks, and all trademarks owned with its own manufacturer of production.
For example, the production of
EGO
brand is produced particularly in Leap factory which has experience
of more than 15 years in the furniture industry. And
Gaudi
products produced in factories of Gaudi sofas. The
EasyLiving
and
Tempo
are manufacturing production in Window
of City factories company where intervention in the manufacture
of several components, and German machinery manufacturing. |

Secondly, the power of design and its practically, to achieve that,
Window of City has cooperate
with CEDC to attract the most
important and more famous international furniture designer, Mr. Dirk
Van Gogh from Belgium and other designers from Philippines to
work as consultants and advisers for the process and mechanisms of producing
designs on modern European-style. |

Thirdly, the super care and attention of protecting
the working environment and high standard of quality control, where
the company got the
ISO certificate
(ISO 9001) which enabled
it to establish a wonderful system of quality control at each step of
industrialization.

At present, the factories of Window
of City, covering more than 200 thousands m2 of space,
containing advanced equipment for the production and manufacture and
has more than 2000 staff and workers. Their products reach to United
Kingdom, France, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Australia, Mexico,
USA, South Africa, and more than 100 other countries. Recently,
Almutlaq Holding
has acquired the exclusive franchise in
Saudi Arabia and
Middle East to sell
Window of City products. This
is prompting the company to its growth around the world in increase
of 40% in each of the last three years.
